Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all Accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended and funds held pending investigation and PAGCOR reporting obligations.
3.5 Registration Accuracy. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes. m.fb001 is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify m.fb001 immediately upon discovery of any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless m.fb001 has been notified of unauthorised access as required under clause 4.1 and has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.
4.3 Credential Sharing. You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party. m.fb001 support representatives will never request your password. Any voluntary disclosure of credentials to a third party is at your sole risk.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. m.fb001 will provide notice before any dormancy fees are applied to dormant accounts, consistent with applicable PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine consumer protection law.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting m.fb001 support. Account closure does not relieve you of outstanding obligations under these Terms. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game on the m.fb001 Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These individual rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail except where the game rules expressly provide otherwise.
5.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games on m.fb001 are operated using Random Number Generator algorithms that have been independently tested and certified for statistical randomness and fairness by an approved testing laboratory. Live dealer games use physical equipment managed by trained dealers under independent oversight.
5.3 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the m.fb001 system and a bet confirmation is displayed to the Player. Bets in progress at the time of a disconnection are resolved according to the outcome determined by the system at the time the bet was placed, consistent with the applicable game rules.
5.4 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or any technical failure that disrupts a game round, m.fb001 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. No winnings are payable on void rounds. m.fb001 will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface and in the lobby. m.fb001 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and at its sole discretion.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and cashback amounts issued by m.fb001 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms attached to each promotion. Bonus terms are published on the relevant promotions page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balance is not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times). Eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry timeframes are specified per promotion.
6.3 Abuse of Bonuses. m.fb001 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate an Account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, employing systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Balance that has not been wagered to the required multiple within the specified period will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Balance is forfeited without compensation.
6.5 Withdrawal While Bonus Active. If a Player requests a withdrawal while a Bonus Balance is active and wagering requirements have not been met, m.fb001 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining Bonus Balance before processing the withdrawal of the Real Money Balance.
7.1 Deposits. All deposits to the m.fb001 Platform are accepted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. m.fb001 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion.
7.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw until KYC is approved.
7.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.6 Matching Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. m.fb001 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the Account holder.
7.7 Currency. All Account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Pesos. m.fb001 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting any payment method on the Player's end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m.fb001 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section is grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
9.1 All content on the m.fb001 Platform, including but not limited to: game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, website design, text, and source code, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 Use of the m.fb001 name, logo, or any Platform content in any manner not expressly authorised by the Operator is strictly prohibited.
10.1 The m.fb001 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
10.2 The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the m.fb001 Platform.
10.3 The Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time of the claim, except where applicable Philippine law prohibits such limitation.
10.4 The Operator is not liable for losses arising from: network or connectivity failures beyond its reasonable control, scheduled or emergency maintenance, bank or payment processor delays, or Force Majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or civil unrest.
10.5 Gambling Losses. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk. The Operator is not liable for gambling losses sustained by you in the course of using the Platform. You bear sole responsibility for your betting decisions and their financial consequences.
11.1 The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by m.fb001 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 m.fb001 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Data collected during KYC and account registration may be shared with PAGCOR and relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.
11.3 All data transmitted between your device and the m.fb001 Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols. m.fb001 employs industry-standard security controls to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access.
12.1 m.fb001 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account, and to withhold associated balances, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where the Operator reasonably believes that:
12.2 Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Bonus Balance is forfeited in all termination events.
12.3 Where an Account is suspended for investigation, m.fb001 will complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Account holder's registered email address. Real Money Balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned following conclusion of the investigation.
12.4 Voluntary Self-Exclusion. Players may voluntarily self-exclude from the m.fb001 Platform for a defined period via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Voluntarily self-excluded Players may not re-register a new Account during the exclusion period.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Philippine Civil Code, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through m.fb001's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, in the judicial region of the Operator's registered place of business.
13.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to notify m.fb001 in writing of your dispute and allow a period of not less than 30 days for the Operator to respond and attempt resolution. Contact support at the address provided in Section 15.
13.4 PAGCOR Oversight. Players with unresolved complaints relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming operations may escalate concerns to PAGCOR through its published player complaints process. m.fb001 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute review.
14.1 m.fb001 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform at the URL mfb001.vip/terms-conditions, or upon direct notification to Account holders via registered email address, whichever occurs first.
14.2 For material amendments — those that substantially alter Player rights or obligations — m.fb001 will provide a minimum of 14 days' advance notice via email to registered Account holders before the amendments take effect.
14.3 Your continued use of the m.fb001 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as provided in clause 4.5.
